New to Pilates? Call us! 

Body Lab specialises in intimate, focused practice, which is why we only take three clients per session. To begin pilates with us, we require that you take both an initial 1:1 session for one hour, and a follow-up 1:1 session for 30 minutes. 

These two initial sessions we believe are integral to learning pilates. In order to book these sessions, please call us on (03) 9822 2302 or email admin@bodylab.com.au

Once these sessions are completed, you will be able to use our timetable apps to book yourself in for classes.
